The Procurement and Planning Services provided by Kramer Group covers major buildings and civil construction works involving materials and resources procurement and availability. It also includes procurement services for fit out for buildings works including refurbishment works.

Civil Engineering

These services include prefeasibility/feasibility studies, designs and documentations; tendering, tendering assistance and tender negotiations, construction management/supervision (including post construction).

Other services include field investigations and reporting preparations of civil infrastructure projects, programs, works etc to clients' (both private and government sectors) requirements covering highways, roads, subdivision, airports, wharves institutional developments etc.

Structural Engineering

Structural Engineering commissions undertaken by Kramer Group have demonstrated the professional capability within the construction industry. The experience shared by the company’s structural engineers makes it the strongest structural engineering team in the region.

The structural engineering services cover prefeasibility/feasibility studies: designs and documentations, tendering, tendering assistance and tender negotiations, construction management/supervision (including post construction) for building projects, civil engineering infrastructures (bridges, wharves/harbors, major structural towers, water and fuel tanks etc). Other services provided buildings structural adequacy investigations and reporting to clients (private individual, government and private sectors).

Building Services Engineering

Our Building Services Engineering division is prominent in the services industry sector providing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic design and support services.

These services cover prefeasibility/feasibility studies: designs and documentations, construction management/supervision (including post construction) for building projects, civil engineering infrastructures (sub divisional development etc). Other services provided include buildings infrastructure services adequacy and audit investigations and reporting for clients (private individual, government and private sectors).

Hydraulic Engineering

Hydraulics Engineering coverers pre-feasibility/feasibility studies: design and documentation, construction management/supervision (including post construction) for all building projects. Typically our experience covers sanitary plumbing and drainage, sprinkler protection, hydrant and hose reels, site irrigation, hot and cold water services and storm water design.

Architectural Design Services

Our Architectural Design and Supervision Services cover prefeasibility/feasibility studies; designs and documentations; and construction management/supervision (including post construction) for building projects and associated sub divisional infrastructures development works.

Surveying

Our Survey Division uses licensed surveyors based in each of our respective offices. We have the personnel and equipment to undertake all nature of survey work associated with projects.

We use a variety of surveying equipmentranging from T100 Theodolite to DI1000 (Total Stations), DE2000 (E.D.M.) and DI11600 (Total Stations); 3 Personnel Computers with Civilcad and AUTOCAD packages for planning and designing and associated CAD work stations.

Construction Management

Our Construction Management Services provide management of multi-discipline projects from tendering to post construction phases. An important part of our services involve the assessment of contractors' progress claims and their certification to client for payments. Other services also involved the preparation of construction completion reporting.

Studies

The Studies Services division cover prefeasibility; feasibility; and limited design and documentation into proposed and existing developmental projects and where applicable into decisions affecting impact projects that will affect communities and other service providers.

CAD Services

Computer aided design & drafting: the separate engineering disciplines of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, surveying and project management utilise the latest computer software programs which include ETABS, miscrostran, quickframe, calin, camel, hyena, civilcad & project manager. These programs are interfaced with AUTOCAD drafting terminals to provide the client with the most cost effective design and project function.
